• Represented a public airport authority who terminated a contractor and its surety for failure to properly and timely perform work resulting in complex multi-party litigation with over $50 million at stake.

• Represented a major highway contractor against a public transportation agency in Texas and collected over $2 million for the contractor’s extra work and delay claims.

• Negotiated resolution of a complex claim between the general contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and casino developer requiring the on-site personal presence of Mr. Loeb to manage the project to a successful and timely completion.

• Lead counsel on $10 million dollar mold and moisture intrusion case representing the public owner against general contractor, surety, architect, developer, insurance carriers and subcontractors.

• Handled construction litigation and American with Disabilities cases in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi and Arkansas.

• Court appointed expert witness in “Building Construction” and “Americans with Disabilities Act Architectural Guidelines” (August 2001)
